According to Ayurveda there are changes in every season and doshas
According to Ayurveda, the nature of every human being is different. According to the defects which predominate in our body at the time of birth, according to the nature of seven types of doshas in Ayurveda – Vata Pitta, Pitta Kapha, Kapha Vata, Sannipataj (Vata Pitta Kapha in it is in equal quantity), Vataj, pittaj, kafaj. These doshas change every season. Ritucharya is described to keep both of them even.
According to Ritucharya, it is told that in which season there should be a way of living and eating, so that it can be kept healthy and to avoid the defects and diseases that grow in that season. There are 6 seasons in Ayurveda and according to them diet and behavior are also described. Taking care of them can keep women healthy and full of energy.
Keep in mind what things are in the spring
– To maintain good digestion power in the spring, one should eat food thoughtfully.
– Overwriting should be avoided in this season. Eat only when you are hungry.
According to Ayurveda, one should not eat sweet, sour, too much salty or oily food during the spring season, because of which Kapha dosha starts increasing.
In this season, heavy foods like urad dal, puri-kachori should not be taken.
– Should not sleep during the day because it also increases the expectation of Kapha dosha.
– Do not use curd when cholesterol increases, because yogurt has an Ayurvedic special quality ‘Abhishyand’. Abhisheyand causes / karma, inhibits the arteries of the body (channels), etc.
